Loading Grain
buffalo

From 1921 through 1942, the ILI 101, later renamed Day Peckinpaugh, transported grain from the upper Great Lakes and Buffalo to New York City. More than 100 canal motorships operated on New York's canal system and connecting waterways. The Day Peckinpaugh is the last one in existence.
